Terms

What joining the list does and doesn't promise.

These terms cover this website and the email list. The RiderLevel apps are not covered — they will carry their own terms before anyone can use them.

Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by wpaz.io Wojciech Pazio, a sole trader (individual business) registered in Poland at ul. Jędrzychowska 20D, 65-385 Zielona Góra, Poland, NIP 9292066015. "We" and "us" mean that business. "You" means anyone using this site or joining the list.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or join the list.

What the list is

The list is how we keep in touch: an email when RiderLevel launches, then news about what we have built, what is coming next, and occasional offers on RiderLevel. Joining is free, and it is not a purchase, a booking, a reservation or a contract for the app.

  • There is no beta, no invitation queue and no limited number of places. Everyone on the list gets the launch email on the same day, and joining early buys you nothing but the email.
  • Any dates we mention are intentions, not commitments. They can move, and we do not currently publish one.
  • Joining does not oblige us to release anything. We may change the app, delay it, or abandon it entirely without owing you anything. If we abandon it, we will say so by email and delete the list.
  • The baseline test we send in the first email is yours to keep and use, whether or not you ever install the app.

You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. What we do with your address while you are on the list is set out in the privacy notice.

Using this site

Reasonable use only. Do not:

  • submit an address that is not yours, or sign anyone else up without their knowledge;
  • submit automated, bulk or deliberately junk entries to the form;
  • attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
  • copy the site's content or design for your own product.

We may refuse or remove any entry from the list, at our discretion, without giving a reason — normally because it looks automated or fraudulent.

What belongs to whom

The RiderLevel name, mark, wording, layout and artwork on this site are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. Reading the site and joining the list are the only permissions granted.

The typefaces are not ours. Archivo and JetBrains Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits this use; the licence travels with the fonts and is unaffected by anything above.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that anything on it is complete or current. Descriptions of what the app will do are statements of intent about unreleased software, not specifications.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything here.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: this site and the email list are free, we provide them as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. If a change materially affects people already on the list, we will say so by email before it takes effect. Last updated 1 August 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.
